In Madrid, on December seventeenth, two thousand and ten. HAVING SEEN in degree of appeal before this Thirteenth Section of the Provincial Court of Madrid, the Orders of FORCED EXECUTION OF THE ARBITRAL AWARD 369/2010, coming from the Court of First Instance nº. 92 of MADRID, to which has corresponded the Rollo 392/2010, in which appears as appellant party Mr. Gregorio represented by the attorney Mr. ALFONSO MARIA RODRIGUEZ RODRIGUEZ. Gregorio represented by attorney Mr. ALFONSO MARIA RODRIGUEZ GARCIA, and assisted by Mr. Carlos Simón Cabo, on inadmissibility of Execution, with Mr. JOSÉ GONZÁLEZ OLLEROS as Judge Rapporteur.
There is already a very broad sector of case law that has thought -and continues to think- that it is up to the arbitrators to gauge the sufficiency or insufficiency of the declaration of termination of the lease relationship in order to order the sentence to vacate the leased property (2010. The guarantee of the arbitration agreement and its jurisprudence. Negotiable origin, p. 145 and following).
Well, this belief has finally been put to rest thanks to the reasoning of the speaker GONZÁLEZ OLLEROS -which, certainly, are not his own but borrowed from other speakers- and a homogeneous jurisprudential practice that is less and less equivocal.

The graduates and people who share the values, tradition and legacy of the Colegio de San Nicolás, and by extension of the University of which it is the heart and soul, are known as nicolaitas or nicolaítas.
In Pátzcuaro, the Colegio de San Nicolás was established on the site now occupied by the Museo de Artes e Industrias Populares (Museum of Popular Arts and Industries). It was there that the first languages or people with knowledge of indigenous languages were formed with the purpose of evangelizing the recently conquered lands. The school received as students the children of the indigenous people who helped in the construction of the building. Likewise, Vasco de Quiroga arranged for the professors themselves to vote as a collegiate body to elect the Rector.
The viceregal authorities agreed to close the Colegio in 1811 after concluding that the institution trained cadres who rebelled against the authority. The building was put to various uses during its first closure, causing its almost total ruin at the end of the war of independence.
Today, the Colegio de San Nicolás is a preparatory school where students can opt for a bachelor’s degree in historical-social sciences, engineering and architecture, chemical-biological or economic-administrative sciences in a period of six semesters, in accordance with the curriculum approved by the H. Consejo Universitario in 1992.[6] The Colegio de San Nicolás is also a preparatory school where students can opt for a bachelor’s degree in historical-social sciences, engineering and architecture, chemical-biological sciences or economic-administrative sciences in a period of six semesters, in accordance with the curriculum approved by the H.
